Players
Alan Bates
Currently WCC's worst batsman
Currently WCC's best batsman on the sub-continent
Tricky bowler
"Athletic" fielder
Lawrence Garland
'Lozza' captained the 2nd XI back in the 00's and lead them through the dark days. He is credited for putting the team back on the rails after 4 consecutive relegations, building a platform for the promotion that followed. "I am a classic old school left handed batsman, who plays straight, but gets zero runs. Former 2nd team skipper (better than kieky) and clearly best fielder in the club, FACT!"
Bob Jarvis
 Bat stop.
Gary Mardle
Injury prone spinner, who is quickly gaining a Darren Anderton reputation for picking up new knocks. #sicknote

Took a hattrick in my first ever over for Wheathampstead for the Sundays. And am a fan of enthusiastic tail enders and sledging Geoff Playle
