Dear Wheathampstead Cricket Club Players/Parents
We are changing the way in which we collect our match fees for the 2024 season for both our Adult Cricket and Colts Cricket.
Adults
We would encourage you all to sign up for the annual membership package to help support your club and make the lives of your captains easier on the weekends.
As such we are moving to an annual subscription model and will be giving you the option to pay either by one-off payment or by 12 monthly instalments.
The new annual subscription packages include:
- The annual membership fee formerly £20 per player
- Access to winter nets
- All summer nets
- All match fees for the season
We hope you see the benefit in the change in the subscription and the value in the small monthly payments split out
over the year rather than concentrated cost during the summer months. In context, an adult playing 4 weekends in one given month could be paying £80.
Colts
You will be more familiar with the all inclusive model, The main benefit to you is we are now able to offer this to be paid in instalments.
We have also taken feedback from last season and will be offering Colts that regularly pay adult cricket a combined membership
at a discount of paying both the colts fees and for their adult cricket.
*Please note if you have more than one playing for Wheathampstead you will need to complete the form twice.

How do I sign up - WCC 2024 Direct Debit Sign-Up
Step 1 - Please complete this form to provide your latest details and to sign the new direct debit mandate.
This is required for both one-off payment and via instalments
Step 2 - We will then process your subscription for the 2023/24 season
Step 3 - You will then be notified of your subscription and your payments schedule
Step 4 - Payments will be collected automatically as per your payment schedule
Step 5 - Have another successful season (Stress free of paying match fees)
Deadline for sign up is Sunday 10th December
