Dear Parents,
As we start preparing for the forthcoming Cricket Season, I am pleased to release dates for the
Wheathampstead Cricket Camps run by myself (Head of Performance & Level 2 ECB qualified coach)
and James Fielding (Level 4 ECB qualified and lead coach at the MCC).
As in previous years, these camps will provide an opportunity for players of all ages and abilities to
take part in the game of Cricket, through enjoyable activities in a safe and secure environment.
The camps are open to boys & girls and cover all aspects of the game including batting, bowling,
fielding, and wicket keeping with lots of fun involved.
We accept children from 8 to 12 yr olds and as in previous years, the days go ahead come rain or shine.
The children are never deterred by the weather and we are able to adjust the programme according to that days forecast.
Dates are :
Camp 1
Tuesday 28th May
Wednesday 29th May
Camp 2
Tuesday 30th July
Wednesday 31st July
Thursday 1st Aug
Camp 3
Monday 26th Aug
Tuesday 27th Aug
And will run for 6 hrs daily 9am – 3pm
The costings for days at the camp are:
£35 a day
